Indian wedding ceremonies

Dolls! Today I did makeup and hair for a pre bridal wedding ceremony. I had so much fun doing hair and makeup for these ladies. I will be also doing the wedding hair and makeup on Saturday. I absolutely love doing hair and makeup for different cultures. They're so beautiful and unique. I love learning about other cultural traditions. They're my favorite events to work at. I will be posting a indian wedding makeup tutorial soon. Let me know what you think!

How to depot your MAC eyeshadows

Hi dolls! Have you ever wanted to save some space by depoting your eye shadows?or wanted to put them into a palette?

Here's my secret on how I depot!
Items needed:
1.) flat iron
2.) sharp knife
3.) MAC single eyeshadows
4.) MAC palette

1.) Turn on your flat iron to the highest temperature.
2.) Open your MAC single eyeshadow and take your knife and wedge it in-between the eyeshadow line where the top and the bottom meet (specifically where the opening of the eyeshadow is.) I will post a picture for you too see.
3.) Wiggle the knife left to right and the top part where the eyeshadow lyes. It will pop right off.
4.) Place the eyeshadow carefully on the flat iron for 30 seconds.
5.) Take the eyeshadow and carefully poke a hole on the bottom center of the plastic bottom until the metal pan that the eyeshadow lyes in separates from the plastic.
6.) Let the eyeshadow cool off and make sure to turn off your flat iron.
7.) Place the eyeshadow in the palette.
8.) Pop the two plastic pieces back together again and PLEASE recycle them. For every 6 MAC plastic or metal items you recycle, MAC stores will let you choose a lipstick, lipgloss or eyeshadow! Woohoo!!!

How to make a face chart! Part 1

For all you dolls out there that has wondered how to make face charts at home, I will be sharing my tips with you. To make a face chart you will need water color paper (cold press.) You will need to look up blank face charts on google. Pick the best face chart that you would like to work with (since I work for MAC I chose that one.) Make sure to save the biggest image and print it on the water color paper. You need to print on water color paper in order for the makeup to stick to the paper. The texture of the paper is toothy and will keep the makeup from coming off the paper. I will post pictures of the paper for you too see. You may pick up this paper from any art supply store. After you print let the face chart dry for 2 minutes and GLAM your face chart is ready to be used! Let me know if you have any questions. :)
